-All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date

-Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be considered

-The refund period begins on the date of purchase, not the date of first access

b) Evidence of Engagement


-To maintain the integrity of our digital products and prevent abuse, all refund requests must include evidence of product engagement

-Acceptable forms of evidence include:

Completed course modules

Implementation attempts of taught strategies

Worksheet completions

Progress tracking documentation

Screenshots of engagement with the material


c) Processing Details

-Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

-Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase

-All refund decisions are final
